Al Kha Zar's first foal has arrived - a straight Egyptian filly foal from C.P. Haanicia

On the 3rd August 2007 WINDELLA SILVER FASCINATION foaled a lovely grey filly sired by FAIRVIEW TOUCH OF MAGIC (S.K. SHAKLA KHAN from the 1997 Australian National Champion Arabian Mare WINDELLA SILVER SHADOW by Amir El Shaklan - imported)

Then, on the 10th August the grand old mare JODA ABELA foaled a pretty bay filly (also sired by FAIRVIEW TOUCH OF MAGIC) . Unfortunately, 24 hours after foaling, ABELA died from a heart attack leaving her foal orphaned.

The orphaned filly foal was immediately taken into SILVER FASCINATION's stable and much time was spent convincing FASCINATION that she should adopt the extra baby . We are very pleased to report that SILVER FASCINATION has successfully adopted ABELAs filly foal and is now rearing two babies.

WINDELLA SILVER FASCINATION was judged 1996 Australian National Champion Arabian Mare and JODA ABELA was a multi A Class Show Championship winner in her day .

The Pure Arabian filly foal from WINDELLA SILVER FASCINATION is currently available FOR SALE .

FAIRVIEW ARABIAN STUD'S BREEDING PROGRAMME EXCELS AT THE YEAR 2002 AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL ARABIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS!

The year 2002 Australian National Champion Arabian Mare was the beautiful W. SILVER SENSATION, sired by S.K. SHAKLA KHAN (imp. USA) from the 1996 Australian National Champion Mare W. SILVER FASCINATION (Amir El Shaklan (imp) x Silver Glint (imp) sired by EL SHAKLAN (deceased)).

SILVER SENSATION was shown with her colt foal at foot and received the top score from both overseas judges - indeed, she was the top scoring Arabian Horse for the whole of the show. The judges declared that the Pure Arabian mare class was the strongest and best quality class of the entire show and SILVER SENSATION was certainly the crowd's favourite.

SILVER SENSATION and Fairview's SHAKLA'S SILVER DREAM, are the only two mares in Australia to win both the coveted titles of Australian National Champion Filly and Australian National Champion Mare.

At the 2002 Nationals, SAFIYAH, also sired by S.K. SHAKLA KHAN (imp USA) from the Australian National Futurity Champion Filly, MALMSBURY SAMIRA (sired by Amir El Shaklan (imp)), was judged Australian National Reserve Champion Mare. Thus - the Champion and the Reserve Champion Mares are 3/4 sisters, both sired by S.K. SHAKLA KHAN (imp USA) and both from mares sired by AMIR EL SHAKLAN (imp).

This is only the second time in the history of the Australian National Championships that the same sire has sired both the Champion and Reserve Champion Mares. The first time it happened was in 1996, and then the National Champion Mare was W. SILVER FASCINATION (sired by AMIR EL SHAKLAN (imp)), the dam of the current National Champion Mare, SILVER SENSATION. The Reserve National Champion Mare in 1996 was COOLINDAH PARK AFLAME, also sired by AMIR EL SHAKLAN (imp).

Also at the 2002 Nationals, the Pure Arabian Stallions FAIRVIEW KUBLA KHAN and SHAKLA ZULU were both awarded Australian National Arabian Top 10 Status. Both these stallions are sired by S.K. SHAKLA KHAN (imp USA) from daughters of AMIR EL SHAKLAN (imp). The Pure Arabian mare COOLRAIN SHANARA sired by AMIR EL SHAKLAN (imp) was awarded a Top 10 title, as was the yearling filly BANDA GOLD who is sired by S.K. SHAKLA KHAN (imp) from a daughter of AMIR EL SHAKLAN (imp).
